Position:
We are seeking a talented and proactive Customer Success Manager to champion our commitment to customer satisfaction and drive business growth. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of our clients by providing unparalleled support and fostering long-lasting relationships.

Location:
Based out of Greece with thew opportunity for global travel.

Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process with key customers worldwide, ensuring a smooth transition and effective utilisation of our solutions
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact for any queries or concerns
  • Lead Identification: Proactively identify leads within our existing customer base and collaborate with the sales team to capitalise on cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Customer Success: Strategically analyze customer usage data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommend tailored solutions to optimize customer success
  • Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to customers, empowering them to maximise the value of our solutions and achieve their business objectives
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and marketing, to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the Maritime tech industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed
