At Faststream we offer a competitive basic salary and excellent OTE (on target earnings) which are set a year in advance.

We set realistic and achievable targets and provide you with all the tools, training and support to ensure that you can meet and exceed these.

Our commission scheme is uncapped which means that the more placements you make, the more money you earn. Our commission rates work on a rolling scale to a maximum of 30%. 

On top of this we also offer a quarterly bonus, which increases based on billing, if you achieve your target and regular incentive schemes where you can win anything from a meal voucher to an iPad.
