About the Role:
*This is a commercial leadership role
*Directly reporting to the executive management team
*The successful candidate will be appointed to 'head up' their Offshore Business Development Strategy
*You will have overall responsibility for the formulation, development and continual optimisation of the
Offshore business development strategy
*Extensive travel between regional hubs, Client locations and industry events
*Coaching and mentoring global and regional sales teams
*Ideal home base will be UK (South)
*Extensive industry knowledge and experience within the Offshore markets
*You will be an experienced 'Networker', with a track record of building relationships and capable of representing our Client at industry conferences and events
*Highly strategic and commercial mind set, able to think about the bigger picture, current and future market demands, key market drivers, challenges and the impact on customer needs
*Excellent communication skills and experience of coordinating internal and external stakeholders around complex projects and joined-up BD activities
