This is a senior technical role suited to an experienced marine professional with a strong background in yachts, shipyards, surveying, or marine engineering.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting and delivering technical survey and inspection work across yacht and superyacht projects, including both new build and refit environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out yacht and superyacht surveys and inspections
- Supporting new build and refit projects in shipyard environments
- Reviewing vessel structure, systems, and onboard arrangements
- Working closely with shipyards, owners, and technical teams
- Ensuring vessels meet required safety, quality, and technical standards
- Supporting operational and technical assessments as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong experience in yachts, marine surveying, naval architecture, or shipyard engineering
- Solid understanding of yacht systems, construction, and refit processes
- Experience in survey, inspection, or technical project work
- Background in shipyard, classification, or consultancy environments preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in international teams
- Based in Greece or willing to relocate
