Vessel Accountant

Join a global maritime organisation in a hands-on accounting role supporting the financial management and reporting of assigned vessels.
You'll manage vessel accounts, prepare vessel reports, monitor owner funding and receipts, reconcile inter-company balances and work closely with internal finance teams and vessel owners to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
This is a good opportunity for someone with vessel accounting experience who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders and taking ownership of end-to-end vessel reporting.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience handling vessel accounts and preparing vessel reports independently.
- Good knowledge of vessel accounting, including Portage Bill accounting, fund requests and inter-company reconciliations.
- Comfortable managing AR/AP, supporting audits and preparing MIS data for internal reporting.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to coordinate across finance teams, vessel owners and other internal stakeholders.
- You should currently be based in Singapore, as relocation support is not available for this position.
