Lead the future of marine propulsion with a world-class cruise operator. We are seeking a Director, Underwater Systems to oversee podded propulsion, thrusters, fin stabilizers, and related underwater systems across the fleet. This hybrid role is based in Weybridge, UK, with occasional vessel visits.

- Managing vendor relationships (e.g., ABB) and newbuild activities
- Leading and developing the Underwater Systems team
- Managing budgets, CAPEX projects, and cost-effective maintenance programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or Chief Engineer license
- Extensive marine propulsion experience, including Azipod or similar systems
- Strong fleet technical management, drydock, and budget experience
- Expertise in electric propulsion and high-power azimuthing pods
- Preferred: ABB Azipod certification, hybrid propulsion knowledge, data analytics proficiency
