  • Respond to travel disruptions, cancellations, and emergency changes quickly and professionally.
  • Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, travel suppliers, and service partners.
  • Ensure accurate records are maintained within the travel management system.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to global clients across different time zones.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Advanced Amadeus knowledge, including reservations, ticketing, reissues, refunds, fare rules, and queues.
  • Strong understanding of marine fares, crew changes, last-minute travel, and port-related travel logistics.
  • Experience working with corporate travel policies, approvals, negotiated fares, and client requirements.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

  • High attention to detail, particularly around ticketing, fare construction, documentation, and client instructions.
  • Confident handling urgent changes, disruptions, cancellations, and time-sensitive requests.
  • Professional, calm, and solution-focused approach to customer service.
  • Able to work effectively within a busy, multicultural, and international team environment.

Education and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related subject would be advantageous.
  • A recognised travel or tourism qualification would also be beneficial.
  • The Opportunity
