You will deliver training for seafarers both in the office and onboard vessels. This includes preparing crew before joining ships, conducting onboard training, and supporting inspections. You will also help ensure vessels meet safety and maintenance standards. In addition, you will guide cadets and junior crew, support their career development, and work with internal teams and external partners on crew planning and training activities.

- Chief Engineer (ATT I) or Master Mariner (ANT I)
- Sailing experience on bulk, tanker, or gas vessels
- Experience in training, mentoring, or crew development
- This role is intended for Indonesian nationals, with strong Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
