Key Responsibilities
- Uphold Class, Flag, ISM, and Company standards across assigned vessels.
- Champion safety, environmental protection, and peak operational excellence.
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and seamless dry-dock planning and execution.
- Deliver expert technical support, defect resolution, and in-depth root cause analysis.
- Optimise CMMS data integrity and produce insightful, actionable reports.
- Coordinate surveys and inspections with authorities for flawless compliance.
- Vigilantly control OPEX budgets and spare parts inventories.
- Lead on-site vessel visits, audits, and performance reviews.
- Empower onboard teams to exceed company goals.
- Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or Nautical Science.
- Chief Engineer Certificate of Competency.
- Senior sea service on offshore support vessels highly valued.
- At least 3 years' proven shore-based superintendent expertise.
- Deep expertise in vessel systems, maintenance strategies, dry-docking, ISM, Class, and Flag regulations.
- Skilled in CMMS platforms and advanced reporting.
- Exceptional organisational and communication abilities.
