In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the management of new build vessels joining the fleet. You will ensure vessel dry-docking, major repairs, conversions and refurbishments are carried out in due time, and act as the link between vessels, class and flag. You will review audit reports, inspect the vessels and ensure the technical management of the fleet is performed to standard, amongst various other duties.
The ideal candidate will have: -
- Sea going experience as a Marine 2nd / Chief Engineer
- Shore based experience in a similar role within Ship Management
- Experience with Diesel Electrical vessels and/or Azipod Systems
