Working closely with the Team Lead, the role supports regional operations, including coordination with Japan and Taiwan offices, and collaborates with HQ and internal teams to execute projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support handling of spare parts inquiries and customer account activities
- Assist in LTSA, initial supply, and fleet-based spare parts projects
- Gather and organise data on fleet composition, engine types, and maintenance scope (TBO)
- Review docking schedules and maintenance plans to support proposal preparation
- Coordinate with HQ and internal technical teams for alignment and information gathering
- Prepare and submit quotations and supporting documentation in line with internal processes
- Support communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with post-contract activities, including supply planning and documentation updates
- Maintain sales data and support forecasting activities
- Provide coordination support to regional offices
- Experience in sales or aftermarket support (marine industry experience preferred)
- Basic understanding of marine engines and maintenance concepts
- Exposure to LTSA or fleet-based projects is an advantage
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to support commercial discussions and client interactions
- Proficient in preparing structured proposals and presentation materials
- Comfortable communicating in English (additional Asian language skills are an advantage)
