Technical Project Manager

Southampton – office based with travel
I am currently working with a growing yacht management company based on the UK South Coast looking to recruit an experienced Technical Project Manager to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Engineer or Naval Architect to work on complex superyacht projects, acting as a key link between owners, shipyards, and technical teams.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing technical projects from concept to delivery
Acting as liaison between owners, yards, and design teams
Supporting technical problem solving across projects
Monitoring time, cost, quality, and deliverables
Reviewing technical documentation and preparing reports
Coordinating project stakeholders and attending key meetings
The ideal candidate will have:
Relevant shore-based experience
Background in Engineering or Naval Architecture
Experience within the superyacht or marine industry
Strong technical understanding of yacht systems and construction
Experience in project or new build environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Naval Architecture experience or qualifications highly desirable
Candidates must have the existing right to live and work in the UK.
