Job Description

Faststream are working with a major Subsea Energy company to recruit a Subsea Engineer - Flexibles to their team. The client is a global company who have delivered over 1000 projects worldwide. The client are open to both staff and contract candidates (if contract it will likely be outside ir35).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage technical scope of work document for implementation. 
  • Provide technical review of subcontract tenders.
  • Provide theoretical knowledge of flexible pipe hydrodynamic behaviour and design impacts.
  • Ensure delivery is in accordance with client contract specifications.

Requirements:

  • Experience in offshore installation of flexible and umbilical products.
  • Knowledge of flexible pipe design.
  • Understanding for relevant industry codes.
  • Experience with FEA software.
  • Relevant engineering degree.

Must have right to work in the UK.
