You will:
- Support the development of Group strategy and long-term growth priorities
- Analyse markets, competitors and industry trends to identify growth opportunities
- Assess organic and inorganic growth opportunities
- Support the identification and evaluation of acquisitions, investments and strategic partnerships
- Build financial models, valuations and investment business cases
- Coordinate due diligence and support transaction execution
- Prepare strategic and investment papers for senior leadership and Board-level audiences
- Support post-acquisition integration and value creation
- Lead and coordinate high-priority strategic projects across the organisation
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Legal, HR, Operations and other business functions
- Corporate Strategy or Corporate Development
- Strategy / Management Consulting
- Investment Banking or M&A Advisory
- Big Four Deals, Strategy & Transactions, Corporate Finance, FDD or CDD
- Strategy, transformation or strategic projects within a large organisation
- Strong strategic and commercial judgement
- Financial modelling and valuation skills
- Exposure to M&A, transactions or investment analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to produce clear, senior-level presentations and written recommendations
- Confidence working independently and managing multiple priorities
