Faststream is recruiting for a unique opportunity for an experienced Staff Captain to join a privately owned, single-ship operation, with a second vessel presently in China and due to come into operation next year.
This offers something quite different; genuine autonomy and influence onboard, direct access to the owner and senior management, and the opportunity to play a meaningful role in the continued growth of the operation. Combined with the stability of a long-established and successful owner/operator, this really is an opportunity to be taken seriously.
Our client is looking for someone experienced in rank, passionate, energetic, and driven – someone who genuinely wants to make a difference and have an impact onboard.
Rotation: This must be a minimum of 3 months onboard but can be negotiated between you and the company. Whether you would like this to be 3:3, 4:2, 4:4 or something different, there is flexibility to find an arrangement that promotes genuine commitment and hard work onboard, whilst also fitting well with your home life.
Remuneration: The salary can be paid either across 12 months of the year or onboard only, again providing you with the flexibility to choose. The monthly amount is, at this stage, entirely negotiable.
