Proven Sous Chef experience within a large-scale luxury operation
Experience within a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, upscale restaurant or cruise line
International experience is essential
Strong leadership and team management skills
Shipboard experience is preferred but not essential
Availability to join at short notice
