Key Responsibilities
- Execute dry bulk fixtures across key vessel segments (Handy, Supramax, Ultramax)
- Build and maintain relationships with shipowners, operators, charterers, and trading houses
- Originate new business opportunities and expand client coverage
- Track market movements, cargo flows, and freight trends
- Manage end-to-end broking activities including negotiations and deal closure
- 3–10 years of experience in dry bulk shipbroking
- Demonstrated track record of fixtures and commercial performance
- Established network within the dry bulk ecosystem
- Strong understanding of freight markets and chartering processes
- Driven, entrepreneurial, and commercially focused
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
