The successful candidate will manage key accounts, secure new business, and ensure coating solutions are specified in major projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies to achieve budgeted targets, improve margins, and grow market share.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, fabricators, applicators, and project stakeholders.
- Promote coating solutions to owners and consultants to secure product specifications in targeted projects.
- Monitor project progress on-site and coordinate technical support to ensure timely, quality completion.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and account plans to win new contracts and expand existing business.
- Track collections and ensure customer payments are received within agreed credit terms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant sales experience in energy, infrastructure, petrochemical, protective coatings, construction materials, or related technical B2B markets.
- Experience dealing with yard customers, fabricators, applicators, contractors, consultants, M&E consultants, or structural engineers will be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Able to travel across Johor, with occasional travel for meetings and training.
