Faststream Recruitment working with an international Ship owner and operator. Our client is looking for an experienced Vessel and Cargo Operator to join their Dubai based team to support the commercial and operations teams.
We are looking for a candidate with a seagoing background, around the Chief Officer level to oversee Operational and Cargo loading activities from an office based perspective. Candidates should have previous shore based Operations experience.
Key responsibilities would cover the following areas:
- Cargo Documentation and Bills of Lading
- Cargo Operations and Stowage
- Vessel Performance monitoring
- Operational Support - Acting as a point of contact with Masters on operational and cargo matters
This is a great opportunity to join a small but busy team based in Dubai, working closely with the Chartering team and liaising with other Operations teams within the business in other parts of the world.
