Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support on cross-border projects such as business development and M&A in APAC
- Manage all aspects of ship financing or corporate financing transactions
- Draft, review and negotiate maritime related procurement agreements
- Provide legal advice on vessel acquisitions, disposals, and fleet renewal projects.
- Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned by the manager from time to time
- Qualified as a solicitor and/or barrister in Singapore preferred.
- Minimum 7 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in a law firm and/or in-house setting.
- Prior experience in dealing with M&A projects, particularly involving heavy assets
