The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing chartering strategies, managing key customer relationships, negotiating spot and period fixtures, and driving commercial performance across the dry bulk market.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in dry bulk chartering or commercial shipping
- Strong understanding of market fundamentals, trade flows, and charter party terms
- Proven track record of fixing vessels and developing long-term customer relationships
- Established network with shipowners, charterers, operators, and brokers
- Commercially driven with strong negotiation and leadership skills
