Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a Senior Agency Operator to join our Regional Operations Centre in Grangemouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a busy and supportive team responsible for coordinating vessel support services across ports throughout the UK.

As a Senior Agency Operator, you will play a key role in the planning and coordination of crew changes and husbandry services for vessels on behalf of ship owners and ship managers. Working within a fast-paced operational environment, you will liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring that seafarers, vessels and customers receive a first-class service.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Coordinating crew changes for vessels calling at UK ports
  • Arranging husbandry services and supporting vessel requirements
  • Communicating with ship owners, managers, port authorities and service providers
  • Managing operational schedules and ensuring timely service delivery
  • Building strong customer relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Supporting a 24/7 operation through participation in a rotating on-call rota (1 in 5)
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience within port agency, shipping, maritime operations or a related industry
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach
