Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the safety and security of guests, crew, and company assets onboard.
- Conduct regular security patrols and inspections throughout the vessel.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns.
- Enforce company security policies and procedures in accordance with international maritime regulations.
- Control access to restricted areas and manage embarkation/disembarkation security operations.
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate security records.
- Work closely with onboard departments to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Previous experience in a security, law enforcement, military, or related role.
- Strong understanding of security procedures and incident response.
- Excellent observation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Relevant security qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
- Rotation of 4 months onboard / 2 months off.
