This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting a successful yacht sales portfolio, working closely with the broker and internal teams to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day sales activities and transactions.
The Role
As Sales Operations, you’ll provide dedicated administrative and operational support to a Senior Sales Broker, helping to manage yacht listings, client interactions, proposals, marketing materials, and transaction processes.
This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone with previous yacht sales support experience who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Sales Broker with the day-to-day management of their yacht sales portfolio
- Coordinate and maintain sales documentation, records, checklists, and workflows
- Assist with the onboarding of new Central Agency listings, ensuring all associated documentation and processes are completed accurately
- Prepare presentations, proposals, marketing materials, and other sales collateral
- Coordinate yacht listing activity and liaise with internal Marketing and Creative teams
- Support yacht events, promotional activity, and client communications
- Assist with yacht sales transactions and closing processes
- Conduct market research and contribute to market intelligence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date yacht data across internal systems and CRM platforms
- Ensure deadlines and key milestones are consistently met
- Provide general administrative and operational support across the sales process as required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in Italian and English is essential
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work effectively under pressure
- Confident working independently while supporting a busy Senior Sales Broker
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Comfortable liaising with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Desirable Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a sales support role within yacht sales
- Strong understanding of the yachting market and industry
- Experience supporting Central Agency listings and yacht sales closings
- Experience managing associated sales documentation and processes
- Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is advantageous
- Right to live and work in the EU is essential
- Willingness and ability to work from the company's Monaco office
