Reporting to the Sales Director (Marine), the Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth across marine and offshore oil & gas clients. Key responsibilities include identifying and closing complex sales opportunities, managing and expanding relationships with existing and prospective customers, and translating customer needs into actionable insights for internal teams.
The role also involves leveraging product and service knowledge to support client solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and representing the company at industry events such as trade shows and conferences. You will regularly present to clients and engage with senior decision-makers to influence outcomes and secure new business.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant sales experience with a strong track record
- Established network within the marine industry; knowledge of maritime satellite services is advantageous
- Background as a Radio Officer is a plus
- Strong relationships with shipowners and ship managers preferred
- Excellent business acumen, communication, and presentation skills
