Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a fast-growing freight-forwarding company specializing in global logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively identify, target, and acquire new customers in import/export, logistics, and supply chain sectors
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
  • Develop tailored freight and logistics solutions for clients
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate rates and contracts to maximize profitability
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
  • Proven track record in B2B sales (freight forwarding or logistics experience is highly preferred)
  • Strong hunter mentality with a passion for new business development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with international shipping terms (Incoterms) is a plus
