Key Responsibilities
- Actively identify, target, and acquire new customers in import/export, logistics, and supply chain sectors
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
- Develop tailored freight and logistics solutions for clients
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate rates and contracts to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Proven track record in B2B sales (freight forwarding or logistics experience is highly preferred)
- Strong hunter mentality with a passion for new business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient under pressure
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with international shipping terms (Incoterms) is a plus
