Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and secure new tank container leasing opportunities across Asia.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation and execution.
- Develop customer-specific growth strategies to increase market share.
- Represent Peacock at customer meetings, trade exhibitions, and industry events.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers.
- Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts.
- Negotiate contract renewals while improving commercial performance and profitability.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new growth opportunities across markets, products, and customer segments.
- Support expansion into specialised equipment, including gas, lined, and temperature-controlled tank containers.
- Build relationships with operators, logistics providers, shippers, and manufacturers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and trade flows.
- Provide market intelligence and recommendations to support business planning.
- Evaluate commercial opportunities based on financial returns and asset utilisation.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales reports.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the ISO tank container industry or a related chemical logistics environment.
- Strong business development and account management experience.
- Excellent commercial acumen with strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with customers across Asia.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
