Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in leadership roles within sales and key account management, with significant exposure to the maritime industry.
- Extensive understanding of the dynamics of the maritime industry and specifically classification societies.
- Proven success in developing and implementing sales and account management strategies in environments where sales responsibilities are integrated into broader operational or management roles.
- Proven ability to enhance sales performance and tool utilisation across diverse organisational structures.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of guiding teams and individuals in multifunctional roles towards achieving high performance in sales and account management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with and supporting staff across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinking ability, adept at using data and insights to inform decisions and drive organizational change.
