- Sales, marketing and promotion of products such as marine engines, propellers and hybrid systems within the Benelux territory
- Sales and aftersales tasks including provision of technical solutions in coordination with the related HQ in Europe
- Know the customer decision processes
- Know the competitors in each application and in each project
- Establish coordination between the relevant sales department
- Expanding the customer portfolio
- Bachelor/Master degree in Business or Engineering
- +5 Years experience in sales or customer project management with complex industrial goods
- detailed understanding of marine products both technical and commercial levels
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Readiness to travel
