Key Responsibilities
- Lead one or more yacht construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Manage project resources, subcontractors, suppliers and external partners.
- Oversee construction quality, QA/QC and compliance with contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with Class and Flag authorities throughout the project.
- Lead the resolution of design, engineering and construction issues.
- Identify and manage project risks before they impact delivery.
- Manage project budgets, cost reporting and procurement.
- Oversee project documentation, deliverables and training.
- Provide regular project updates and progress reports to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement, cost efficiency and safe working practices.
- 6 years' Project Management experience within vessel/yacht construction.
- Strong preference for aluminium vessel construction experience.
- Strong understanding of shipyard/project delivery processes.
- Experience managing suppliers, subcontractors and contractual matters.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving and dispute-resolution skills.
- Commercially astute with strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working across different cultures and international stakeholders.
- Fluent English and Mandarin.
- Formal project management qualification is advantageous.
