Faststream are working with this international Shipping business who are looking to grow their Bulk and Tank offering to expand beyond their current well established feeder offering. Our client is looking for someone to work out of their Denmark office, however they will consider Hamburg as an alternative location.
This position has a direct report into the Director and will influential in the development of the commercial direction of the department moving forwards. There will be a focus on driving direct sales, including customer development, relationship management and market development.
We are looking for a highly experienced individual with excellent knowledge of the tank and bulk market to be instrumental in the growth of this new business area. Candidates should have understanding of container shipping, feeder/short sea routes and commercial understanding of port to port solutions. Knowledge of pricing, margin management and commercial performance is essential. Candidates should have the right to work in the EU and will not be able to offer any form of visa sponsorship.
