We're working with organisations across Liverpool and the wider North West that view HR as a genuine strategic partner, offering the opportunity to shape people strategies, lead change initiatives and support diverse, multi-site workforces.
What we're looking for:
Strong HR Business Partnering experience
Excellent employee relations and stakeholder management skills
Experience supporting operational, unionised or multi-site environments
Commercially minded approach with the ability to balance people and business priorities
CIPD qualified (or working towards qualification)
Industry backgrounds of particular interest:
