Role: Operations Manager (PCTC)
Location: London
Focus: Pure Car and Truck Carrier Fleet Operations

The Role

This is a key operational position responsible for coordinating the day to day activities of an assigned PCTC fleet to ensure voyages are executed safely, efficiently and in line with owner and charterer expectations.

You will be the central point for vessel operations, ensuring clear communication between ship and shore teams, optimising performance and supporting commercial outcomes across all voyages.

Core responsibilities include voyage planning support, monitoring vessel performance, bunker coordination guidance, agency appointment and fee negotiation, invoice and hire checks, cargo documentation oversight where required, and ensuring continuous alignment across all stakeholders.

About You

Experienced Chief Officer or Master from a PCTC background with strong understanding of vessel operations, cargo flows, stowage planning and voyage execution.
Comfortable working in a fast paced commercial environment where accuracy, judgement and communication are critical.

Strong operational mindset with proven ability to manage complexity, coordinate multiple stakeholders and maintain high standards under pressure.
Commercially aware with sound decision making skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Experience with alternative fuel systems would be advantageous but not essential.
