Join an established marine logistics business and take responsibility for a broad operational portfolio covering liner operations, port performance and container equipment control.
This is a hands-on management role for someone who understands how the different parts of a liner operation connect. You'll oversee vessel schedules and port calls, work with agents and service providers to improve turnaround and reliability, and ensure container equipment is available and positioned where the business needs it.
You'll also lead the operational team, monitor costs and KPIs, and drive improvements across service delivery, safety and asset utilisation.
Key Requirements
- Proven management experience across liner shipping, port operations or container operations.
- Broad understanding of vessel scheduling, port calls, cargo movements and container equipment control.
- Experience managing operational performance, costs, KPIs and process improvement.
- Strong people leadership experience within a complex operating environment.
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders including ports, agents, service providers and internal commercial teams.
