We are currently recruiting for 2–3 Mates to join a professional and supportive marine operations team within a well-established company. This is an exciting opportunity to work on both Ro-Ro and High Speed vessels.
The Role
You will work closely with the Master of the vessel, supporting the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the vessel and acting as deputy when required.

Requirements
• UK CoC – minimum Officer of the Watch with 2 years’ experience
• Chief Mate Unlimited preferred
• Valid ENG1 medical certificate
• Willingness to study for local PECs
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Safety-focused with excellent operational awareness
