South Coast (with flexible remote working and regular travel)
We are exclusively partnering with a well-established maritime defence organisation in the search for a Maritime Services Director.
This is a senior leadership appointment, ideally based on the South Coast, with flexibility for remote working alongside regular travel to operational and customer sites.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping and delivering the organisation’s maritime services strategy. You will hold accountability for operational leadership, commercial performance, and strategic stakeholder engagement, driving both day-to-day excellence and long-term business growth.
In addition to overseeing key operational functions, you will be instrumental in strengthening customer relationships, identifying new commercial opportunities, and supporting the continued expansion of the organisation’s maritime services portfolio.
Key requirements:
- Proven senior leadership experience within maritime services
- Strong track record of leading complex operational environments and delivering portfolio or service growth
- Commercially astute, with demonstrated ability to identify and convert growth opportunities
- Exceptional stakeholder management and customer-facing credibility at a senior level
- Experience within the defence sector, or a closely aligned regulated/technical environment, is highly desirable
