The Role
- Carry out vessel surveys, inspections, and technical assessments onboard a range of vessel types
- Evaluate machinery systems, vessel condition, and regulatory compliance against industry standards
- Produce detailed technical reports and findings for clients and stakeholders
- Liaise with ship owners, operators, yards, and regulatory bodies
- Travel regularly to ports and shipyards across South Wales and Southern England, with occasional UK and Ireland travel
- Work independently in the field while being supported by an experienced technical team
