An established international ship management company is seeking a Marine Superintendent to join its growing shore-based team in Singapore.

This role will be responsible for supporting the safe and efficient operation of a tanker/Bunker fleet, overseeing marine assurance activities, vessel inspections, audits, vetting performance, and providing operational support to vessels and onboard management teams.

Requirements:

Class 1 Certificate of Competency (COC)
Tanker sailing experience is essential
Master/Chief Officer experience highly preferred
Previous shore-based experience with a ship management company
Familiar with tanker operations, inspections, audits, and marine safety standards
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Due to current hiring requirements, priority consideration will be given to candidates who are currently based in Singapore with existing rights to work in the country.
