Key focus:
- Build and scale long-term supplier relationships globally
- Drive trading strategy through market insights (supply/demand, pricing, policy)
- Lead commercial execution while working closely with risk & ops
- Build and manage a high-performing international team
- 8+ years in coking coal / met coal trading
- Strong upstream network and deal origination capability
- Proven track record in international markets
- Leadership experience with a commercial, hands-on approach
