Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a global shipping company who is looking to expand their team. They are looking for a Customer Service Excellence Manager. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop customer experience strategy
  • Roll out relevant training programs for the customer service team
  • Compile and analyze data to highlight trends and areas for improvement 
  • Work with IT and product teams to adopt digital service tools
  • Stay updated on customer service trends in shipping and logistics
Requirments
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service within the container shipping or logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of leading customer service teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experience implementing digital customer service tools and automation initiatives.
