Job Description

Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a growing freight-forwarding organization looking to expand their team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 

Responsibilities:
  • Update and operate the Operations Systems (BLU)
  • Update the tracking and tracing tools for the respective project
  • Arrange and coordinate shipments by air, sea or road
  • Prepare quotations to external parties
  • Ensure all requests are shared with the Operations / Project Manager
Key Requirements:
  • Relevant operations experience in ocean and air freight 
  • Experience in dealing with OOG cargo is a plus
  • Possess the right to work in Malaysia 
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin is a must as the stakeholders are based in China
