Key Responsibilities:
- Support the adoption of LNG within Carnival Corp & plc utilizing a risk based approach to provide major input for the development and maintenance of operating and safety procedures
- Manage the development and implementation of LNG procedures for LNG fuelled vessels through collaborative engagements with stakeholders including Shipyard, Original Equipment Manufacturers, Integrators, Operators, State and Port Authorities
- Maintain relationships with the above including Carnival Cooperation Shipbuilding, manufacturers, and other organizations to ensure industry best practice is developed, shared and understood, and continuously updated related to LNG matters
- Provide Subject Matter Expert input to operational brands in terms of service use, planned and unplanned maintenance activities, including dry docking and inspections
- Coordinate with Operating Line Marine Operations and the other parts of the Corporate Technical Team for the development of training materials
- Act as an SME during LNG related Emergency Response activities and exercises: Support, mentor and undertake competency assessments of the onboard crew
