You will lead the commercial and strategic short and long‑term development of a selection of high‑profile global key accounts, driving both revenue growth and profitability across the business. You will be responsible for setting and delivering account targets, as well as gathering customer feedback and insights to support the development of new products and services.

What to expect:
- Lead global strategic accounts with full commercial ownership, including end‑to‑end accountability for revenue, margin and customer satisfaction.
- Define and execute multi‑year growth plans across Shipping, Logistics and Supply Chain, aligning with global business priorities.
- Build trusted senior‑level partnerships, acting as the primary global interface to the customer.
- Drive revenue, profitability and sustainability by integrating innovative “green” logistics solutions into customer offerings.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with regional teams to deliver a consistent “one‑face‑to‑the‑customer” experience.
- Influence business direction with direct exposure to the senior executive leadership team.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven global Key Account Management or Strategic Account Management experience with major international clients.
- A track record of driving sustainable commercial growth through deep, long‑term customer partnerships.
- Strong ability to influence, negotiate and execute at a strategic level across complex organisations.
- Experience in shaping customer strategy and leading cross‑functional delivery.
- Commercially sharp and visionary thinker with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
- Degree educated; background in business, logistics, supply chain or a related field preferred.
