As Junior Sous Chef, you'll support the senior culinary team in delivering consistently high standards of food across a busy, international operation.
You'll work as part of a multicultural team, developing your experience within a large-scale galley environment while building your career with an established international cruise brand.

- Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef
- Experience within a five-star hotel, luxury resort, upscale restaurant or cruise line
- Experience working in an international environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Availability to join at short notice
- Previous shipboard experience
- Salary: from USD 2,400 per month
- Rotation: 6 months onboard / 2 months off
