Faststream have partnered with an international maritime technical solutions provider, in the search for an IT Support Executive. 

Our clients are a dynamic company who specialise in providing software solutions to the shipping industry. 

They are looking to engage and attract an experienced individual who can provide support and issue resolution services to their clients. 

You will be working closely with the Customer Success team to be the first point of contact for level one and two support with regards to the integration and use of their solution in the clients businesses. 

The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS tech or desktop/helpdesk support with experience with Microsoft, Linux and/or Cisco being a strong advantage. 

This position will a motivated individual who is keen to grow within the organisation.
