Your responsibilities will include:-
- Quotations for spare parts and equipment
- Managing customer care and issues that might arise
- Invoicing for sold items and services
- Followup on quotations and customer queries
- Working with external parties ie. vendors subcontractors, makers etc.
- Arranging logistics for supply and delivery
- Working with other team members.
- Any other ad-hoc responsibilities.
