We are partnering with an established ship owner to appoint an HSSEQ Superintendent based in Singapore, supporting a modern dry bulk fleet operating globally.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support HSSEQ performance across assigned dry bulk vessels
- Conduct vessel inspections, internal audits, incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with ISM, ISPS, MARPOL, TMSA and international maritime regulations
- Support Masters and ship staff on safety, operational and compliance-related matters
- Review corrective actions, near misses, PSC observations and vetting findings
- Coordinate and support emergency response preparedness and drills
- Liaise with Class, Flag, Owners and external stakeholders on HSSEQ matters
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives and safety culture across the fleet
- Support implementation of company policies, procedures and regulatory updates
- Participate in vessel visits and sailing inspections where require
- Master Mariner, sailed up to Captain on Dry bulk vessels.
- Prior shore-based experience as HSSEQ Superintendent, Marine Superintendent, Vetting Superintendent or similar function within dry bulk shipping
- Strong knowledge of dry bulk vessel operations and international maritime regulations
- Experience handling audits, incident investigations, vetting and compliance matters
- Familiarity with RightShip, PSC, Class and Flag requirements advantageous
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and report writing skills
