I am exclusively supporting a leading global offshore vessel owner to hire two new HR & Crewing Officers into their rapidly growing office based in Aberdeen.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the vessels are properly crewed at all times with suitably experienced personnel. You will provide a complete HR and recruitment service for both the companies owned and managed vessels amongst various other duties.

The ideal candidate will have:-
  • Previous experience in an HR role OR experience in marine crewing
  • Knowledge of marine and sea faring certification i
  • Proven people management experience
  • Ability to be based permanently in Aberdeen
