Key Responsibilities
- Manage shipboard HR processes and employee relations across all departments.
- Advise Department Heads on performance, disciplinary and HR matters.
- Manage conflict resolution, investigations and grievances.
- Ensure compliance with MLC regulations and company HR policies.
- Support crew training, development, engagement and career progression.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role.
- Diploma/qualification in Human Resources Management.
- Previous shipboard experience preferred.
- Strong employee relations, leadership and communication skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Valid seagoing documentation including full STCW basic safety training.
- Senior shipboard HR leadership opportunity.
- Contracts/Rotations of 4 months on board 2 months off.
