This is an exciting opportunity to lead the onboard hotel operation, overseeing Guest Services, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage while delivering exceptional guest experiences and managing a high-performing international team.
We're looking for:
- Previous Hotel Manager or senior hospitality management experience onboard river or ocean cruise ships.
- Strong leadership and guest service skills.
- Commercial awareness and operational management experience.
- Fluent English (additional European languages are an advantage).
- Availability to join ASAP!
